  • Sit Down Functions

    • Buffet – prices start at $35 pp

    • Platters / Share Food – prices start at $40 pp

  • Cocktail Style Functions

    • Canapés – prices start at $25 pp

Standard Inclusions

  • RSA qualified staff members

  • 5 hours of room hire

  • Bonus 1 hour pre event start

  • Can have live band or DJ

  • Setup Access at 9:00am or 1:00pm on day

  • Access 1 hour prior to event start for loading in

  • PA System for announcements

  • Post event commercial cleaning up to 2 hours

  • Drinks at club prices

All bookings require full payment plus a $500 bond on booking.

Bond will be returned to you within 7 days if

  • no damage is found

  • no excess cleaning is required

  • head count is within initial quote

Refunds

  • Full refund if cancelled up to 7 days out from event.

  • Within 7 days a $300 fee will be deducted and the balance returned within 7 days.

  • Within 24 hours of the event a $500 fee will be deducted and the balance returned within 7 days.

Small Space Hire

  • Hire Fee $250

  • Dedicated area for up to 30 people

  • Up to 4 hours

  • Min 48 hour notice required

  • Food options from $25pp
